We do not claim ownership of your memories. You may edit, delete, or export your content at any time. When you delete content, it is permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.
